There's no need to make a reservation for regular entry. However, for party rooms, must be booked in advance to secure your spot. Our party rooms tend to fill up quickly, especially during weekends and school holidays. Even table bookings can get fully booked. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly advise reaching out to our friendly front desk staff ahead of time. They will provide you with all the necessary booking details, or you can book online.

We kindly ask customers to consider bringing cakes only when they have reserved a party room or a table. This helps us ensure a more comfortable environment for you and guarantees that you'll have enough seating without any concerns.

Most of our party rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator for storing your cake and other food.

Feel free to bring your own food along! We also have a variety of food and drink options available. If you'd rather not worry about preparing party food, we've got you covered with our pizza pre-order service. Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to take advantage of it.

If you've made a party reservation with us, feel free to bring balloons or decorations along. We kindly request that you avoid bringing items that could create a mess such as pinatas.

Children aged 12 and under must be under the supervision of a parent or guardian during their time at Inflatable Funhouse. The supervising adult should be at least 16 years old. Supervising individuals won't need to purchase an entry ticket; they can watch and spectate without charge. However, anyone who engages in equipment use will need to pay the entry fee. Parents are allowed on the equipment with a child under 5 years of age otherwise.

While our facilities are air-conditioned, please be mindful that occasional warmth indoors might be experienced if the external temperatures are high.

For safety and hygiene reasons, it is necessary to wear socks when going on rides. If you haven't brought socks with you, you can purchase them at our front desk. The price is $2.5 per pair.

We make sure to keep things safe if they get left behind by our customers. If you can't find something you had with you, just reach out to our team. The easiest way to advise our team is via the Lost Property Form. Inflatable Funhouse does not take responsibility for lost items, but our team will do our best to locate it for you.
